In the Bulk Pouch, you can select the number of chip components to be packaged, according to the methods of assembly and quantities. This allows for supplying of the appropriate models upon sudden changes to the assembly plan. It also makes production more flexible for various models in small quantities, or various models in varying quantities. Additionally, it drastically reduces the problem of component loss, by leaving no partial stock, and/or work-in-process components in the chip mounter. |
