1	Tree planting We were able to advance by tree planting in a vision called "the factory in the forest" as one of the thoughts that were basic in doing planting of a local tree as much as possible than before. In this year, we planted trees for improvement of "customer satisfaction", "employee satisfaction" and "local satisfaction" as follows. (1) The creation of "Ikoi-no-mori" : We made a green tract of land comprising the waterside that named "Ikoi-no-mori" as the place where employees rested approximately centrally of our site. 	(2) Creation of the biotope : We made the biotope that the opening to local inhabitants considered. For the making of space where an insect and a fish could inhabit, we made a brook and a pond with underflow water of Yoshiigawa river and planted plants in the circumference. It is our object to have local people enjoy it.	(2) the biotope
	(3) The planting of the Ilex rotunda : We got about 160 "Ilex rotunda" for goodwill of a person resident in our hometown and planted it in our factory. Ilex rotunda is the symbol tree of adjacent Okayama-shi and leads to the planting that considered regionality.	(3) Ilex rotunda

Environmental marathon "Many employees will protect our earth in the private life without only in our company by they continue it for environmental impacts reduction activity, and wrestling" As for the thing of this purpose, we carry out activity called "the environmental marathon" every year. In FY2006, about 70% of all employees wrestled with environmental activity that decided by oneself such as energy saving or recycling in the workplace and home. For accomplisher, we presented houseplant or eco-baggage as a prize.
