The unit of insulation resistance value is expressed as resistance [MΩ] or CR product [MΩ・µF].
CR product [MΩ・µF] is a product of nominal capacitance value and insulation resistance value.
The unit depends on a part number. Please check a Detailed Specification SheetDetailed specifications sheet
for each part number.

Method for calculating insulation resistance[MΩ] from CR product [MΩ ・ F]

Example: When CR product is 500 Ω・F or more and capacitance is 1 µF
-> 500ΩF/1 µF=500 MΩ or more
