Characteristics

GRM series can be operated continuously from -55 to +125°C, though the temperature coefficient can be guaranteed from range +20 to +125°C. Please contact us for capacitance change in temperature range of -55 to +20°C.

Temperature characteristics of the capacitance temperature coefficient of each temperature compensating capacitor may differ from the operating temperature range as below:
For example, from the viewpoint of CH characteristic, although the operating temperature range is -55 to +125°C, and the temperature coefficient " 0 ± 60ppm /°C" is guaranteed with a temperature range of +20 to +125°C, the temperature coefficient " 0 ± 60ppm /°C" is not guaranteed in the temperature range of -55 to +125°C.

The capacity change rate in temperature lower than the specified temperature range is defined in Table A.

The nominal value of the temperature coefficient from +20°C to +85°C (ΔC is up to +125°C) indicates the temperature coefficient of each temperature range.
