What is the difference between the GQM Series and the GRM Series?

The main difference between the GQM Series and the GRM Series is the structure (refer to figure 1).
In the GRM Series, nickel (Ni), palladium (Pd), and silver palladium (AgPd) are used for the internal electrodes. In the GQM Series, the low ESR (equivalent series resistance) of the capacitor is realized by using copper (Cu), which has a lower specific resistance.
Therefore, the Q is higher in the GQM Series (HI-Q); the power capacity is also higher
