Elements and ICs

AMR sensors are grouped into two categories: analog output and digital output types.
Elements correspond to analogue output types. None of them are shown on the website since most of them are customized products. 
They can detect how the magnet approaches the sensor or at which rotational position the magnet is located and output the results as analog values. The analog output type can provide a high resolution depending on the performance of the signal processor. 
ICs are circuits that perform digital processing on the same substrates that are employed by elements. 
They switch outputs as the analog potential difference, which varies depending on the external magnetic field, surpasses a certain threshold. The binary of the outputs (H or L) allows for simple signal processing.
