Nordic SemiconductorのnRF51x22シリーズはBluetooth® low energy(BLE), ANTや 2.4GHzの機能を持っています。 ムラタはnRF51422, nRF51822やnRF51922のようなnRF51x22シリーズのリファレンスデザインを、セラミックコンデンサ(キャパシタ)、インダクタ(コイル)、水晶振動子、バランなどでサポートしています。
