When checking the construction of taping packaging, it is found that 80% of the packaging material is composed of paper tape. The function of the paper tape is to keep electronic components lined up. However, after components have been used, the paper tape is typically discarded. Since plastic tape is also being used for taping packaging, it is common for paper and plastic tapes to sometimes be mixed together, making recycling difficult.

The bulk feeding system helps protect the environment by reducing the amount of paper resources used, to only 1/40 to 1/20 that of previous products (compared with our products).

The bulk case is designed as a packaging material that can be reused or recycled. If the bulk case can maintain the performance of the electronic component packaging materials, it can be reused. But if the performance of the case's packaging material is lost, the bulk case is broken down and recycled.
