Mount the sensor with solder so that the bottom of the sensor case is in contact with the circuit board (PCB, thickness: 1 mm or more). Then mount the PCB to the body of the equipment.
Hold the side of the sensor body by the sensor holder in order to disperse the force applied to the sensor.

  • Vibration of the equipment or impact generated during high-speed medium transport affects the sensor terminal pins.
    Note that the terminal pins may be damaged depending on the intensity of the vibration or impact.

Regarding the relationship between the pattern and the elements, the sensor outputs a higher voltage in the case where L1 is larger than, or equal to L2, than the case where L1 is smaller than L2.
