Murata’s first priority is harmonious coexistence with the environment and not placing an undue burden by its business activities. In research, development, production and our entire activities world wide, we strive for coexistence with environment by being always conscious of “not making products that waste energy resources”and “conduct production methods that do not harm the environment”. Since the RoHS (The Restriction of Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive has been issued, EU nations are working on revising laws to fulfill this directive. This will eventually limit the use of lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, and specific brominated fire retardant (PBB and PBDE) in electronic devices sold in the EU.

Based on this RoHS regulation and protection of rare natural resources, we should change some part materials of tweeter products and are ready to comply with RoHS.
Product specification, quality, and characteristic are quite as same as that of before.
