EMSC are optimized for laminate substrate package, rigid / flex PCB, FR4, ceramic, glass, leadframe or foil platforms. The Silicon capacitor technology offers a capacitor integration capability (up to 250nF / mm²) which allows downsizing compared with existing solutions.
