Job Description

  • To take care of the day to day processes with the customer in order to achieve the highest possible levels of service
  • To ensure correct and timely deliveries to the customer and to ensure correct pricing
  • To support sales actively in terms of quotation follow up, sample follow up, Logistic/SCM issues
  • To monitor local and consignment stock levels and take any corrective actions necessary to minimize the slow-moving and obsolete stock levels
  • To prepare calculations, quotations, to maintain the price files and follow up activities
  • To join customer visits depending on necessity

Job Requirements

  • Secondary school level or comparable commercial education in connection with the appropriate professional experience
  • Fluent in English and German language in speaking and writing 
  • Experiences with ERP systems and commercial skills
