Job Description

  • Manage a sales team for allocated Automotive customers
  • Manage excellent relationship with the customers at all levels and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 
  • Prepare, lead and transfer product and promotion strategies into practice with the team
  • Monitor sales teams' reporting and summarize to management by CRM
  • Know the needs of the customers and explore new projects and opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education in connection with the appropriate professional experience and technical qualification
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Sales skills, market and sales strategy knowledge
  • Preferably experience in the electronic industry
  • Advanced English and German language skills in speaking and writing
  • Willingness to travel
