Job Description

Tasks In a period of 2 years you will rotate around our teams and receive on-the-job coaching from experts. You will have a number of different assignments each with a period of appr. 6 months. A business- and technical mentor will be assigned to you for each assignment. At the end of your program we will discuss career options and hope to place you as a successful professional according to your abilities and personal preferences.

Job Requirements

  • A recent Bachelor/Master graduate in the field of electronics, mechatronics, chemical engineering or any other field with an evidence of interest in electronics
  • Graduates/ or up to three (3) years’ experience
  • English and German language skills (additional language skills are beneficial)
  • You show professionalism, you can establish international relationships build on trust and promote teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners
  • You are comfortable with taking initiative and making decisions
  • You show a ‘do as promised’ attitude
