    TVS diodes are used to protect ICs and electronic components from intruding ESD. Murata’s TVS diode has a high static electricity suppression performance. We provide products that handle elements ranging from DC to high-speed transmission as well as compact products that contribute to reduced circuit board area.

    Product Lineup

    The electrical characteristics of the LXES1UTAA1-157 and LXES1UTBB1-157 are identical. The number of windings differs, so please refer to the datasheet for details.

    Murata makes use of its technology fostered through the development of laminated ceramic capacitors and inductors, and also develops small TVS Diodes.
