Please explain how to read the part numbers.

The part number for a silicon capacitor is expressed as a 15-digit alphanumeric code.
Digits 1 through 6 represent the series name, 7 and 8 are the BDV, 9 is the size, 10 through 12 are the capacitance value, 13 and 14 are the packing configuration, and 15 is the finishing.
In particular, please be careful when selecting a silicon capacitor as the capacitance value is expressed in a different way than MLCCs.
