AAMR sensors may appear with reduced sensitivity due to installation on the PCB at a slanted angle. The same applies when the PCB is mounted in the device. Check that the AMR sensors are placed in a horizontal orientation for prototypes and for mass production when needed. If you feel that sensor operation is not quite right, before removing from the board, use a microscope or other instrument to carefully check the sensor placement.
