Examples of Lead Attaching
Examples of a lead attaching are introduced in the following.
If you have any requests or inquiries regarding lead attaching, contact sales or click to send your inquiry.
- Example of Automotive Application -
HID Lamp Igniter
The ceramic capacitor with leads which is reliable in high temperature environments (150°C) and realizes excellent ignition, is directly mounted to a metal frame.
The capacitor directly mounted to the metal frame, is used while being completely immersed in gasoline.
The lead wires are freely bent and mounted.
Capacitor Mounting Surface
The capacitor directly mounted to the metal frame goes through a resin molding or potting process for use.
- Example of Processing Special Lead Shapes -
Murata responded to the requests of customers "to reduce the height", by processing the lead shapes to enable the mounting of capacitors at a slant on a board.
- Example of Processing Chip Components & Lead Wires -
An example of a commercialized product (BLL Series) where the lead wires are attached to chip multilayer ferrite beads is introduced in the following.
(In addition to this product, we can process any Murata chip component as a component with lead wires. )
Features of BLL Series
- This product is structured where the lead wires are attached to Murata's chip ferrite beads inductor, and processed with an insulation coating.
- Compatible to AEC-Q200
- Guaranteed up to 150°C
- Component dedicated for weld mounting
