AMR is an abbreviation for Anisotropic Magneto Resistance.
The AMR sensor has a magnetic force line direction where the magnetic field can be detected, a direction where the magnetic field cannot be detected, and a direction where magnetic force is not felt at all.
The difference from other sensors is that it has a direction where the magnetic field turns off the sensor.
