Ceramic Resonators (CERALOCK®) FAQ

Characteristics / Mounting

Is there any problem if CERALOCK® is mounted in opposite direction?

In case of mounting CERALOCK® in opposite direction, maximum 0.1% of frequency correlation may occur.
Customized part of tight tolerance series is made by adjustment of frequency on customer’s PCB. However, if you put it in opposite direction, it may be not able to meet required frequency tolerance.
Please pay attention to the mounting direction when you mount CERALOCK® on your PCB.
