Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TSE/OSE: 6981) and its subsidiary Murata Electronics North America, Inc., the world's number one supplier of passive electronic components, announced today that it has closed the deal to acquire RF Monolithics, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: RFMI) . The cash transaction paid the holders of RFM common shares $1.78 per share.
