This software provides you with the detail characteristics data of MLCC (chip monolithic ceramic capacitor) under various conditions such as ripple current, temperature, DC voltage, and AC voltage. This free software will aid you in designing your circuit.
- Temperature rise characteristics
Temperature rise characteristics show the temperature rise that occurs when high frequency current is applied to the MLCC. It also shows the allowable range of current, voltage, apparent power, and effective power for your frequency.
- Capacitance-temperature characteristics
Capacitance-temperature characteristics show the capacitance change ratio within the recommended temperature range of the MLCC when DC voltages from 0 to the rated voltage are applied to the MLCC.
- Capacitance-DC voltage characteristics
Capacitance-DC voltage characteristics show the capacitance change ratio when DC voltages from 0 to the rated voltage are applied to the MLCC.
- Capacitance-AC voltage characteristics
Capacitance-AC voltage characteristics show the capacitance change ratio when AC voltages up to 5 volts are applied to the MLCC.
