The new additions include the 0402M and 0603M sizes, specifically designed for mobile, consumer, and medical devices. Mass production has already begun for these products, and samples can also be provided.

In recent years, however, as the performance of equipped ICs has improved and the number of mounted electronic components has increased, the importance of thermal designs is becoming more critical by the day.
