Chip multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) do not have polarity.
Multi-terminal chip multilayer ceramic capacitors (LL* Series) do not have polarity, either. They may be used without issue even with the chip reversed.
Three-terminal low ESL chip multilayer ceramic capacitors (NFM Series) do not have polarity, either. However, the through electrode and ground electrode must be distinguished during use.
