Piezoelectric Diaphragms FAQQWhat is the recommended procedure when soldering the lead wires on a Piezoelectric Diaphragm.

A
■Soldering Condition with iron
Pre-heating(60 to 80゚C, 10 sec. min)

Component Part Temperature (゚C) Time (sec. max.)
Electrode 320 to 350 0.5
Metal Plate 410 to 450 3.0
Diaphragm

■ Position
The farthest position from the center of the Piezoelectric Diaphragm is recommended, because the soldering point works as a load that restricts its oscillation.
The lead wire should also be as fine as possible. (Ex: AWG32).
