    Measurement condition

    • Connect VDD and GND wires to a DC power source and supply voltage.
    • Connect the OUT and TEMP_OUT wire to the measuring instrument, and measure the sensitivity and temperature sensor output.
    • If the wiring length is insufficient, please prepare another wire, and solder to the evaluation board.

    Precautions

    • When using the PKGM-200D-R (differential output type) without utilizing the acceleration output (OUT−), the acceleration output (OUT+) will be reduced by half.
