    A

    Flux cleaning after soldering may cause deterioration of device characteristics and electrode degradation.

    1. Cleaning condition
      • Cleaning solution: 2-propanol
      • Immersion cleaning: 5 minutes or less (room temperature) or 2 minutes or less (40°C or less)
      • Ultrasonic cleaning: Within 1 minute 20W/L or less 10 to 100KHz
    2. Wash thoroughly and remove the flux completely.
    3. Drying: Make sure to dry this product immediately after cleaning.
