CASE2 Need to solve the noise issues in AM/FM bands?

I want to remove or suppress noise in AM/FM bands (several MHz to 100 MHz), but I cannot find suitable noise suppression products.

The noise is not reduced at all with a Y capacitor.

Since a Y capacitor cannot be connected to a chassis for use, common mode noise cannot be reduced.

Murata's PLT10H suppresses noise in AM/FM bands.

How?

A feature of the PLT is that it can provide noise suppression in low frequencies (tens of MHz) bands more effectively compared with the products of other companies.
Unlike capacitors that are easily affected by a ground, there is no effect since grounding is not necessary. In addition, this product can be handled more easily; no connection to the chassis is required.
This is a hybrid type that suppresses both common mode noise and differential mode noise.
