    Using Tweezers

    Metal tweezers can scratch the product. Therefore, it is recommended to use plastic tweezers or those covered with a soft resin material. If there is no soft material, use with ceramic tweezers carefully.

    Using vacuum pick-up tools

    We recommend using vacuum pick-up tools to grip the product.

    Vacuum pick-up tool
    • Please use vacuum pick-up nozzles that made of soft materials such as Teflon®, Delrin®, PEEK, conductive nylon or non-conductive rubber.
      (*Never use ceramic or metal nozzles.)
    • Use an appropriate nozzle depending on the size and temperature of the product.
    • Among vacuum pickups, we recommend one that can replace nozzles.
    • If you need to handle sticky products, we recommend using Delrin material (below 135°C).
