Linear Technology LTspice - Library

LTspice is a custom design simulation tool of Linear Technology Corporation.
This is an equivalent circuit data library of Murata's products which can be used with LTspice.
The dynamic model of this library enables simulation of the temperature characteristics and DC bias characteristics in high dielectric constant type MLCCs, and DC superposition characteristics in power inductors.

Applicable condition of the DATA for static model library
Parameters shown in the DATA for static model library are typical values which are operated by high frequency small signal at 20 or 25 degree C. without DC voltage/current. Therefore, please note that under any other conditions above, you may not have adequate results.
The DATA may include the data for discontinued products. Please contact us about the latest production status.
