If there are insufficient AD ports, you can combine NTC thermistors and RL78/F23, RL78/F24 or RL78/G23 microcontrollers from Renesas Electronics Corporation to implement temperature monitoring for a variety of applications where limited space is available.

Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has released Thermoflagger™ dedicated ICs for PTC thermistors.
Please use these ICs in overheating detection circuit design.
