Examples of commercially available mobile readers

For reading Murata's small tags measuring 1.2 × 1.2 × 0.55 mm and 2.0 × 1.25 × 0.55 mm, the combination of a dedicated small loop antenna and a reader-writer is suitable.
Examples:

  • Combination of Tertium Technology's UHF Scanner RE40 SMA and UHF Viewfinder Antenna MS14 SMA
  • Combination of Impinj's Impinj R700 RAIN RFID Reader and Murata's LXRFZZUCCA-036/037-EVAL

For other tags, there is no particular antenna specification.
